Illinois Probation and Court Services Association 2013 Fall Conference

Illinois Probation and Court Services Association The Illinois Probation and Court Services Association is holding its Fall 2013 Training Conference in East Peoria, Illinois. Beginning October 16th and ending October 18th, 2013, the Training Conference is hosted by the 10th Judicial Circuit and will be on site at the Embassy Suites Hotel and RiverFront Conference Center.

Boasting 1000 members in its roster, the Illinois Probation and Court Services Association is one of the largest state probation associations in the USA. Workshops at the Fall 2013 Training Conference include ‘Raising Awareness of Driving Under the Influence,’ a collaboration between The Alliance Against Intoxicated Motorists and the Victims Concerns Committee to raise awareness and change attitudes toward the Victims of DUI.

Yet another workshop conference is titled ‘Mean Girls: What happened to Sugar and Spice?’ which addresses the increase in female violence and how law enforcement can work with those females involved in violent crimes.
