Stuart Kinard Memorial Advanced DWI seminar
The Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association is hosting the Stuart Kinard Memorial Advanced DWI seminar this November 7th and 8th, 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. The seminar will focus on meeting the challenges of cross-examination arresting officers and breath and blood test experts.
Held at the Menger Hotel in San Antonio, the Stuart Kinard Memorial Advanced DWI seminar is one of the many events hosted by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (TCDLA). Although it has grown to be the largest association of criminal defense lawyers in the entire nation, TCDLA began as a non-profit dedicated to providing support and continuing education to new and veteran lawyers alike.
Seminars are attended by the membership of the TCDLA, judges, and professionals who work in related fields. Topics of interest at the Stuart Kinard Memorial Advanced DWI seminar this November 7th and 8th, 2013 will be “Using Standardized Field Sobriety Tests to Prove Sobriety,” “Breath Testing: A 12 Step Approach,” and “Voir Dire in Blood and Breath Test Cases.”
