Michele Horning

Michele is an expert when it comes to ignition interlock devices. She has been working in the industry for over 9 years and knows it inside and out. Particularly excelling as a judicial liaison, she works with courts in California and Nevada to help with education and sales of both PAM and IID devices. Michele also provides training for alcohol counselors, teaches education classes at DUI programs, and assists attorneys with understanding the law as it relates to ignition interlock devices.
