Erich Stapelfeldt brings over two decades of ignition interlock experience, beginning in 2004 as a service provider in Syracuse, NY, where he supported clients through hands-on installs, training, and program guidance. In 2011, he became New York State Manager for National Interlock, where he significantly expanded service coverage through a strong focus on customer care and operational excellence. As National Interlock transitioned into LifeSafer, Erich advanced to Director of Field Operations for several Northeastern states, gaining deep expertise in both product and program implementation. Today, Erich serves as an Account Manager, working closely with probation departments, treatment centers, and STOP-DWI programs across New York to ensure seamless program compliance and support. His extensive knowledge of ignition interlock systems and commitment to partnership help agencies keep roads safer and clients on track.
