I had a great experience with Tawana. On August 17th when I called she gave me all necessary information, was very polite and did her best to help me. Bill was amazing! Honest, attentive and willing to work with everything I had going on. I felt like he was really on my side, especially after having to deal with everything associated with a DUI it was nice to feel like I was getting taken care of by a friend. Debra was amazing. This is obviously a tough situation for me, having to get an interlock device on my car. She was understanding, friendly, and patient the whole time we were on the phone. My customer service experience was EXCELLENT. Honestly, on 5/24/17, I had one of the best experiences with Stephanie on the phone. She was very nice, personable, understanding and she answered questions that I never even thought to ask. She went out of her way to help me set up an appointment time that worked for me and encouraged me to reach out to her if I had any further complications. As a young adult, I sometimes have a hard time adjusting to setting things up for myself, asking the right questions and basically just handling things on my own.
