My customer service experience was EXCELLENT. Honestly, on 5/24/17, I had one of the best experiences with Stephanie on the phone. She was very nice, personable, understanding and she answered questions that I never even thought to ask. She went out of her way to help me set up an appointment time that worked for me and encouraged me to reach out to her if I had any further complications. As a young adult, I sometimes have a hard time adjusting to setting things up for myself, asking the right questions and basically just handling things on my own.
