Heather brings over a decade of experience at LifeSafer, where she oversees field operations across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Her role includes managing day-to-day service center operations, driving growth initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with state regulators. Heather also has extensive expertise in reporting oversight, RFPs, and MOUs, making her a valuable resource for both internal teams and external partners.
Before joining LifeSafer, Heather served as a Pre-Trial Officer in Collin County, Texas, where she supervised a caseload of more than 600 DWI defendants. Her work involved monitoring clients with alcohol detection technology, including ignition interlock devices (IID), PAM, and SCRAM. This firsthand experience with the justice system and alcohol monitoring solutions gives Heather unique insight into the needs of clients, regulators, and service providers alike.
