Michele Horning serves as LifeSafer’s Director of Business Development in California and brings over a decade of experience in the ignition interlock industry. Her close work with DMV legislative counsel and deep knowledge of SB1046 have made her a trusted expert on California’s IID laws and their application. Michele regularly presents to Public Defender offices, Probation Departments, DUI programs, and is certified to offer Continuous education Units (CEUs) to industry professionals. She partners closely with attorneys and DUI program counselors to help clients navigate the interlock process with confidence and clarity. Michele also contributes to the California Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP) Committee, reflecting her commitment to safer roads and informed policy. Her ability to build strong relationships and deliver expert guidance makes her a valuable resource for both partners and clients across the state.
