New mexico Interlock Process
How do I get an interlock license?
1.) Install An Ignition Interlock
Call LifeSafer Ignition Interlock at 800-634-3077 to schedule your ignition interlock installation in NM or schedule online.
2.) Sign And Notarize Affidavit
After installation, you will need to sign and have notarized an Affidavit for Ignition Interlock License.
3.) Go To The MVD
You can now obtain an interlock license at any New Mexico State MVD field office. Bring identification, proof of interlock installation, notarized Affidavit and proof of insurance, and pay the license fee.
4.) Complete DWI Awareness Program
Complete the None for the Road DWI Awareness Program.
