How do I get an Ignition Interlock Device (IID) installed in Oklahoma?
When can I get my IID installed?
At the time of arrest for a DUI in Oklahoma, the officer will take away your license. You will be given an affidavit that allows you to drive for 30 days. This administrative action happens if your blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is .08 or higher. See the form and instruction to request a hearing or a Modified Driver’s License.
