Installation of the device will be the first person-to-person contact you’ll have with your interlock device provider. And our team helps them through every step to make sure they meet all state requirements.
But that’s just the beginning. Every interlock installer involved in device installation, service, and removal must complete 40 hours of supervised training before they can become approved to be an Authorized Service Provider. Once training is completed, only then are iid installers certified to work on your vehicle and to train you on how to use your interlock device.
Assistance for our Authorized Service Centers doesn’t stop there. The Field Operations team is always available to answer questions and service centers are visited regularly to monitor performance.
